After my cycle have been MIA for 2 weeks, I finally decided to go get tested.
I remember the day so vividly. It was October 14, 2010 around 11:30 am (my father's birthday, how wonderful?).
The clinic was great! They had me do a self-administered test. I had to pee in a cup. Bring the pee out of the bathroom and place it on the "testing counter". I was given this plastic disposable syringe type thing to collect a few drops of pee in. Then I had to let 3 drops of pee land on the testing area of the test. Within seconds, a pretty obvious POSITIVE appeared.
I kind of figured that that would be the result but somehow I was still shocked.
Shortly after, I left the clinic with my "Verification of a Positive Pregnancy Test" in tow.
Back to work I went...
